Lurcher seeking new home after life as stray
Affectionate cuddle loving canine
A lurcher which laps up fuss and cuddles is looking for a new home, after battling street life as a stray.
Paddy is a seven-year-old Lurcher who came to Dogs Trust, Newbury as a stray and is now awaiting a loving new owner to offer him a second chance at happiness.
Jenny Hopkins, Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, said:
“Paddy is an affectionate chap who loves lapping up lots of fuss and cuddles. Whilst his grey muzzle makes him look older than his years, he is still a very active boy who enjoys going out for plenty of walks.”
“Paddy is hoping to find a quiet, adult home with a garden where he can relax and enjoy the sunshine. He is best suited to an active, retired couple who can give him the exercise he needs and will be around for most of the day to keep him company.”
Do you think you could give Paddy a happy new home? Why not pop into the rehoming centre at Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks RG20 0HR or call the rehoming centre on 0300 303 0292.
