M4 collision between junctions 13 and 12 westbound

Emergency services were currently at the scene, during this evening's (Mon) rush hour, between junctions 13 and 12 westbound.
Thames Valley Police were called to the incident at 5.27pm.
Fire services were also in attendance.
The motorway remained open.
