M4 lane closed following crash

Lane one of the eastbound carriageway is closed between junction 14 and junction 13 (Chieveley), because of the crash.
When the Highways department arrived at the scene the car was on its side on the hard shoulder.
No one was injured in the crash.
There are currently delays of 10 minutes and normal conditions are expected by 12.15pm.
