National Highways report M4 westbound reopened between Newbury and Theale

All lanes on the M4 westbound between junctions 12 and 13 are re-open again following yesterday's oil spill, National Highways reports.

The westbound stretch of the motorway between Newbury and Theale was closed at around 11.15am yesterday morning after approximately 500 litres of diesel had been spilled on the carriageway after a heavy goods vehicle ruptured its fuel tank.
