M4 westbound reopens near Hungerford after accident

Update 14.53: The motorway is now clear.
An accident has closed the M4 westbound at junction 14 for Hungerford.
It has taken place close to the junction, and traffic is being diverted via the exit and entry slip roads.
Highways England said there are currently delays of 16 minutes above normal journey times.
