Magic, music and more in store at charity fundraiser tonight (Sat)

All funds raised will go straight to Ramsbury-based charity Action Through Enterprise (ATE), launched by former Winchcombe School teacher Sarah Gardner, which provides children in a poverty-stricken community in Ghana with a school meal each day.
It costs just 20p to give one child a meal.
The event is being held at the Aldermaston Recreational Society and was organised by Newbury Weekly News reporter Ellis Barker, after she learned of the dire circumstances children in Lawra, north west Ghana, live, when writing a feature article for NWN sister publication Out & About.
Kicking off the evening, at 7pm, will be a range of children’s entertainment, such as party games and balloon modelling, followed by a family disco.
Tadley-born magician Michael Otton (pictured) will also be performing, while a raffle, buffet and bar will be on offer.
Tickets cost £3 for adults, with under-15s free, and are available on the door or in advance by emailing ellis.barker@newburynews.co.uk
