Make a date for Beenham’s calendar contest

A contest has been launched with the top prize a place on people’s walls.

Beenham parishioners can submit entries for the village’s 2025 calendar.

Photos, drawings or paintings are sought depicting village life across the year.

Items could be landmarks, wildlife, events or scenes, all from Beenham.

People submitting pictures for consideration should also state which month the image was created.

Twelve winning entries will be chosen, one for each month of next year.

Submissions must be from people who live or work in the village, or attend the school or pre-school.

There is a cap of three items per person.

Paintings and drawings should be scanned, and all entries sent to patowen0@hotmail.com

The closing date for entries is Monday, September 30.
