Male in inappropriate behaviour with a dog

The police force helicopter, which was returning from another incident, was used to investigate the reports and a teenage boy was arrested in connection with the incident..
Thames Valley Police spokesman Craig Evry said: “We received a report from a member of the public concerned for the welfare of a dog on Hungerford Common just before 5pm on Sunday.
“A teenage boy was arrested in connection with this matter. He was released on police bail until next month to allow for a full investigation to take place.”
