Reading Magistrates' Court: Newbury man sent to crown court on robbery weapon, drugs, charges
A MAN facing weapon, drugs and robbery charges has been sent to the Crown Court.
In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Monday, November 28, was Tyler Lowe.
The 23-year-old, of Newtown Road, Newbury, is accused of having a knife in public.
He is also charged with robbing Aran Pearce of an E-scooter worth £258.
Finally, Mr Lowe is charged with possessing the Class B-controlled drug cannabis.
All the above charges are said to have been committed in Newbury on Saturday, November 26.
District judge Samuel Goozee sent all three matters to Reading Crown Court to be dealt with by a judge and, in the event of a trial, by a jury on a date to be fixed.
Mr Lowe was meanwhile granted bail with conditions.
