The 40-year-old, who lives in King John Road, Kingsclere, and who was legally represented at the hearing by Simon Hammudi, faces six charges in total.
Specifically, Mr Doman is charged with possessing 454 indecent images of children in Category A – the most serious and extreme kind of such images.
In addition, he is accused of possessing 229 indecent child sex images in Category B and of possessing 149 such images in Category C.
He is further charged with possessing 11 prohibited images of children.
Then, Mr Doman is accused of taking seven indecent photographs of children in Category C.
Finally, he is accused of possessing an extreme pornographic image depicting bestiality.
All the above offences were said to have been committed between October 1, 2017, and January 7 last year.
Mr Doman spoke only to confirm his details and district judge Samuel Goozee said he was sending all matters to Reading Crown Court to be dealt with by a judge and, in the case of a trial, by a jury on a date to be fixed.
Mr Doman was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
