Reading Magistrates' Court: Newbury man accused of threatening behaviour

A NEWBURY man has been accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

On Tuesday, April 19, Reading magistrates held a preliminary hearing into the case against Richard Olrad.

The 32-year-old, of Oxford Road, is accused of committing the offence in Newbury on on Monday, March 14, within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

Magistrates adjourned the case at the request of Mr Olrad's solicitor.
