Wojciech Malinowski from Newbury admits ABH assault on woman

A MAN is awaiting sentence for seriously assaulting a woman.
Wojciech Malinowski appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, June 26.
The 49-year-old, of Fontwell Road, Newbury, admitted assaulting Iwona Malinowski, thereby causing her actual bodily harm in Newbury on December 7 last year.
Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports.
They stipulated these should be prepared on an ‘all options’ basis, including custody.
Malinowski was meanwhile released on bail with conditions.
