Reading Magistrates' Court: Newbury man admits assaulting girls

A MAN has changed his plea and admitted assaulting two girls.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 15, was David Nowogorski.

The 42-year-old, of Redfield Court, Newbury, had initially denied assaulting the girls, who can not be named for legal reasons, in Newbury on a specified date last year.

However he later changed his mind and admitted the offence.

Mr Nowogorski was also convicted of damaging one of the girls' coat on the same occasion.

Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports on an 'all options' basis, including custody.

Mr Nowogorski was meanwhile released on bail with conditions.
