Reading Magistrates’ Court: Man admits harassing Lambourn woman

A MAN has admitted harassing a village woman.

Matthew Arnold appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 8.

The 28-year-old admitted pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of Valerie Self in Lambourn between Monday, July 24, and Friday, August 4.

He did this by attending her home uninvited on multiple occasions, the court heard.

Mr Holmes, who was legally represented by Adonis Daniel, and who lives in Dewdrop Close, Heacham, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, was told that the case was being adjourned for pre-sentence reports to be prepared.

Magistrates asked the probation service to prepare the reports on an ‘all options’ basis, including custody.

Mr Arnold was meanwhile released on bail with conditions.
