Theale man Michael Iles admits serious assault

A MAN has been sent to the crown court to be sentenced for a serious assault.

Michael Iles appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, October 11.

The 54-year-old, of Blossom Avenue, Theale, admitted assaulting Jaime Wells in Reading on Thursday, June 22.

He also has numerous previous convictions.

Magistrates sent the matter to be sentenced by a judge sitting at Reading Crown Court on a date to be fixed.

Mr Iles was meanwhile released on bail with conditions.
