Man assaulted in Newbury town centre

The assault took place outside Bar Sport, Bartholomew Street, at around 5.15am on Saturday, October 4.
The man's face was left severely bruised and swollen and he was taken to the North Hampshire Hospital for treatment.
He has since been discharged.
