Daniel Aldridge from Cold Ash breached Sexual Harm Prevention Order
A MAN breached a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) imposed for having indecent images of children.
Daniel Aldridge appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, April 10.
The 37-year-old, of Cold Ash Hill, Cold Ash, admitted breaching the SHPO by deleting messages from his mobile phone at Cold Ash on August 22 last year.
The SHPO was imposed at Reading Crown Court on September 29, 2001.
Aldridge had been convicted of making an indecent video of a child in Category A – the most extreme form of such material – in Newbury on or before May 6, 2020.
He was also convicted of making an indecent video of a child in Category C at Newbury, also on or before May 6, 2020.
Aldridge was fined £415 for breaching the SHPO.
In addition, he was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £166.
