Thatcham man Daniel Carter caught with child sex images

A MAN caught with indecent images of children is awaiting sentence.

Daniel Carter appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, July 17.

The 32-year-old, of Deccan Grove, Thatcham, admitted possessing eight child sex images in Category A – the most serious category.

He further admitted possessing six indecent images of children in Category B.

Finally, Mr Carter pleaded guilty to having 27 images of children in Category C.

All the offences were committed in Thatcham between November 4, 2022, and November 11, 2022.

Mr Carter, who was legally represented at the hearing by Scott Primmer, was told the case would be sent to Reading Crown Court to be sentenced by a judge on a date to be fixed.

He was meanwhile released on bail with conditions.
