Reading Magistrates' Court: Newbury man caught with heroin and other drugs
A MAN has been sentenced for possessing drugs, including heroin.
In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 26, was Ricky Saulsbury.
The 40-year-old, of Sayers Close, Newbury, admitted possessing the Class A-controlled drug heroin.
He further admitted possessing the Class B-controlled drug cannabis and the Class C-controlled drug diazepam.
All the offences were committed in Newbury on and before July 22, 2019.
District judge Samuel Goozee made Mr Sauslbury subject to a 12-month community order with non-residential drug treatment requirement.
In addition, Mr Saulsbury was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £22.
