Paul Miller from Thatcham charged with allowing child to come to harm




A MAN has been sent to the crown court accused of allowing a child to come to serious physical harm.

Paul Miller appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, April 10.

The 35-year-old, of Tyne Way, Thatcham, who was legally represented at the preliminary hearing, is charged with committing the offence in Berkshire between specified dates.

He was told the case would be sent to Reading Crown Court to be dealt with by a judge and, in the event of a trial, by a jury on a date to be fixed.

Mr Miller was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
