Reading Magistrates’ Court: Newbury man on bank card fraud charges




AN arrest warrant has been issued for a man charged with bank card fraud.

Jason Benson was due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, June 13.

The 47-year-old, of Newtown Road, Newbury, faces two charges of possessing bank cards belonging to Immaculate Adaikalaraj for use in connection with fraud and one of receiving stolen goods, all in Reading on July 11 last year.

But Mr Benson did not turn up.

Consequently he now also faces a charge of failing to surrender to bail on Tuesday.

Meanwhile magistrates issued a warrant for Mr Benson’s immediate arrest.
