Man charged with fly-tipping in Burghfield

Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police and West Berkshire Council’s environmental health department, a 51-year-old man from Brunel Road in Reading, was charged with depositing without an environmental permit for controlled waste in/on land.
He was also charged with the use of a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance.
The alleged offence took place at about 1pm on March 16 at Bennett’s Hill, Trash Green, Burghfield.
He is due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 27.
