The 31-year-old, of Theale High Street, was charged with a racially aggravated offence of unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Vijay Sukamaran in Slough on Sunday, July 23.
In addition, he was accused of assaulting Joe Reynolds by beating him on the same occasion.
