Man charged with theft after Poppy Appeal box stolen on Remembrance Sunday

Carl Sheldon, aged 32 of Ewing Way, Newbury, has been charged with one count of theft following the incident, which took place in McDonalds’ Pinchington Lane restaurant.
He was arrested and charged yesterday (Monday) and has been bailed to appear at Newbury Magistrates Court on November 27.
