Reading Magistrates' Court: Goring man convicted of London assault
A WEST Berkshire man has been convicted of assaulting a man in central London.
Dale John Nisbet was convicted, at the Central London Criminal Court, of assaulting Martin Day by beating him at Paddington rail station on Friday, March 25.
The 39-year-old, of Little Croft Road, Goring, was legally represented by Bruno Haine when the case was transferred to Reading Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 15.
In addition to the offence committed at Paddington rail station, Mr Nisbet admitted being drunk and disorderly at Reading rail station on Thursday, March 3.
Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports to be prepared on an 'all options' basis, including custody, and Mr Nisbet was meanwhile granted unconditional bail.
