Reading Magistrates' Court: Kintbury man denies drink-driving

A MOTORIST is to go on trial after denying a charge of drink-driving.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, November 8, was Alfie Bullock.

The 19-year-old, of Kennet Road, Kintbury, is accused of driving a blue Mini on Holt Road, Kintbury, on Thursday, May 12, after drinking more than the legal limit.

Tests are said to have shown 94mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood in his system.

The legal limit is 80mg.

Mr Bullock was told the case could proceed no further that day and it was adjourned for a trial to be arranged.

Mr Bullock was meanwhile granted unconditional bail.
