Kintbury man Neil Nicholson denies harassing Katherine Le Bon

A MAN is to go on trial accused of harassing a woman.

Neil Nicholson appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, January 25.

The 47-year-old, of Newbury Street, Kintbury, is accused of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of Katherine Le Bon in Kintbury by contacting her with unwanted calls and messages between May 18 and July 6 last year.

Mr Nicholson, who was legally represented at the hearing by Adonis Daniel, spoke only to confirm his details and to plead not guilty to the single charge.

He was told the hearing could proceed no further that day and that it would be adjourned for a trial to be arranged.

Mr Nicholson was meanwhile released on bail with conditions.
