Reading Magistrates’ Court: Newbury man denies restraining order breaches
A MAN is set to go on trial accused of breaching a restraining order.
Rhys Boness-Braybrooke appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, June 20.
The 25-year-old, of Newtown Road, Newbury, is accused of breaching a restraining order imposed by the same court last August by telephoning Peaches Gillespie, without a reasonable excuse for doing so, in Berkshire on October 10 last year.
He is further accused of committing the same offence the following day.
Mr Boness-Braybrooke, who was legally represented by Gianpaolo Damiani, spoke only to confirm his details and to plead not guilty to both charges.
He was told the case could proceed no further that day and would be adjourned for a trial to be arranged.
Mr Boness-Braybrooke was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
