Reading Magistrates’ Court: Newbury man denies threatening behaviour




A MAN is to go on trial accused of threatening behaviour.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 10, was Andrew Lovelock.

The 42-year-old, of Ely Grove, Newbury, is accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence in Newbury on Sunday, February 5.

Mr Lovelock, who was legally represented by Catherine Brymer, was told the case could proceed no further that day and it was adjourned for a trial to be arranged.

Mr Lovelock was meanwhile granted unconditional bail.
