Mr Creed, a computer programmer known to friends as Charlie, died at a home in The Mead on October 14 last year.

He was aged 32.

Assistant Berkshire coroner Alison McCormick said Mr Creed, who lived in White Hill, Olney, Buckinghamshire, was formally identified by Wilson Turney.

She added that toxicology tests made during a post mortem examination found morphine, diazepam, cocaine and the painkiller pregabalin in his system.

Ms McCormick said the cause of death had provisionally been determined to be the combined toxic effects of those substances.

She then adjourned the brief, administrative hearing until a full inquest can be heard on a date to be fixed.
