Reading Magistrates' Court: Hermitage man distributed child sex photo
A MAN has been caught with indecent images of children.
He was also convicted of distributing an indecent photograph of a child.
In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, September 28, was Byron Blissett.
The 34-year-old, of Clay Walk, Hermitage, admitted distributing the image at Hermitage on July 12, 2020.
Mr Blissett also pleaded guilty to two further offences – making indecent photographs of a child in Category B and making indecent photographs of a child in Category C.
Those offences were committed in Hermitage on December 15, 2020.
District judge Kathryn Verghis declined further jurisdiction and sent all three matters to be sentenced by a judge sitting at Reading Crown Court on a date to be fixed.
She ordered pre-sentence reports to be prepared on an 'all options' basis, including custody.
Mr Blissett was meanwhile ordered to register at Newbury Police Station as a sex offender.
He was released pending sentence on conditional bail.
