A NEWBURY motorist has been caught driving while disqualified.
The 31-year-old had denied the offence.
But following a trial at Reading Magistrates' Court, the case against Kenny David Morgan was found proven.
Specifically, Mr Morgan, of Whatcombe House, Kingland Road, Newbury, was convicted of driving a Mercedes Benz A180 on London Road, Newbury, on Tuesday, January 26, while disqualified from holding a licence.
In addition, he was convicted of driving without insurance on the same occasion.
On Wednesday, August 18, magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports and Mr Morgan was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
