Man exposes himself on Hungerford Common

At 9.45am on Tuesday, August 13, a woman in her seventies was walking her dogs on Hungerford Common, when she saw a man exposing himself in the bushes.
The offender was standing opposite the bridge that the canal passes under.
The offender is a white man, in his forties and about 6ft.
He was wearing a blue t-shirt, had short brown wavy hair and dark thick rimmed glasses.
Pc Jen Banfield from Newbury police station said: “We would particularly like to speak to a lady who spoke to the victim after the incident.”
