Man exposes himself to Purley dog walker

The man ran out in front of the woman as she walked her dogs in Mosshall Wood, bordering Purley Hall, on Wednesday.
But the man fled after her dogs chased him off.
He then began to put on his black top and tracksuit bottoms as he walked away from the victim but did not fully expose himself by turning around.
He is described as white, 5ft 9ins tall, in his late teens with a slim build and short fair hair.
He was also walking a large black Labrador dog.
