Man found dead in Newbury is formally identified





Mr Lock, of Bramble Court, Newbury, was found at a property in Queens Road, Newbury, at around 10pm on Friday evening following a police search after another man, aged 33, was found with similar injuries at a nearby Boundary Road half an hour earlier.
Detectives said the incidents were linked.
Three men charged with the murder in Newbury and Thatcham on Friday are to appear before Reading Crown Court today (Wednesday).
The three have also been charged with the attempted murder of the 33-year-old.
Joshua Anderson, aged 22, of no fixed abode, Matthew Anderson, aged 20, also of no fixed abode, and Dean Robinson, aged 32, from Thatcham, were each charged with murder on Monday.
Matthew Anderson and Joshua Anderson have also been charged with actual bodily harm in connection with an incident in which a 43-year-old man was assaulted near The Plough public house in Greenham Road, Newbury, at about 10.30pm on Friday.
Both men have also been charged with one count of actual bodily harm each in connection with an incident in which two men, aged 21 and 22, were assaulted in Thatcham town centre at about 1am on Saturday (March 17).
