Scott Stratton from Thatcham caught drug-driving




A MOTORIST has been banned from the roads for drug-driving.

Scott Stratton appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 21.

The 51-year-old, of Eliot Road, Thatcham, admitted driving a Peugeot Partner van on Station Road in Thatcham on December 3 last year when the amount of cannabis in his system exceeded the specified limit.

Stratton was fined £120.

No order for costs was made because of his limited means but he was ordered to pay a statutory victim services surcharge of £48.

Finally, Stratton was banned from driving for 12 months.
