Lambourn man Dean Walters caught with cannabis in Newbury

A MAN has been fined for being caught with cannabis.

Dean Walters appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, July 30.

The 33-year-old, of Pegasus Court, Lambourn, admitted possessing a quantity of the Class B-controlled drug in Newbury on January 3 last year.

He was fined £40.

In addition, Walters, who was legally represented at the hearing, was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £16.
