Reading Magistrates' Court: Newbury man made threats

A TEENAGER has been fined for making threats.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, February 15, was Ryan Logan.

The 18-year-old, of Cromwell Road, Newbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Newbury on September 25 last year, with the intention that a person was likely to believe that violence would be used against them.

Mr Logan, who was legally represented by Catherine Brymer, was fined £100.

No order for costs was made because of Mr Logan's lack of means but district judge Samuel Goozee ordered him to pay a statutory victim services surcharge of £34.
