Reading Magistrates' Court: Beedon man sent 'indecent or grossly offensive' messages

A MAN has admitted sending indecent or grossly offensive messages.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 19, was Christopher Hamilton.

The 56-year-old, of New Cottages, Stanmore, Beedon, pleaded guilty to sending Arjunan Arul emails which were indecent or grossly offensive for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety in Chieveley between Wednesday, June 16, and Thursday, July 8.

He further admitted thereby breaching a conditional discharge for sending two previous malicious communications.

Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports and Mr Hamilton was meanwhile released on conditional bail.
