A MOTORIST has been sent to the crown court for sentencing for serious driving offences.
In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, August 30, was Jason Byford.
The 27-year-old, of Close End, Lambourn, admitted driving a Citroën Xzara on Sowerby Road, Thatcham, on Tuesday, June 14, while disqualified from holding a licence.
He also admitted driving without insurance on the same occasion.
Magistrates declined further jurisdiction and sent both matters to Reading Crown Court to be sentenced by a judge on a date to be fixed.
Mr Byford was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
