Reading Magistrates' Court: Goring man sent to crown court on serious assault charge




A MAN has been sent to the crown court on a serious assault charge.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, July 6, was Jaime Turner.

The 45-year-old, of Collins End, Goring, is accused of assaulting Vasile Manea in Windsor on December 19 last year, thereby causing him actual bodily harm.

Magistrates sent the case to Reading Crown Court to be dealt with by a judge and, in the case of a trial, by a jury.

Mr Turner was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
