Reading Magistrates' Court: Hungerford man set for burglary trial




A MAN is to go on trial accused of burglary.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Thursday, July 7, was Robert Waite.

The 31-year-old, of Priory Avenue, Hungerford, is accused of entering a home in Kestrel Close, Thatcham, between November 14 and November 17 last year as a trespasser and stealing a money tin containing an unknown amount of cash.

He pleaded not guilty.

Mr Waite was told the case could proceed no further that day and the matter was adjourned for a trial to be arranged.

Mr Waite was meanwhile granted conditional bail.
