Reading Magistrates' Court: Lambourn man fined for violent home entry




A MAN has been sentenced for using violence to get into a person's home.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Monday, September 26, was Stefan Little.

The 56-year-old, who lives at The Park in Lambourn, admitted using violence for the purpose of securing entry into a flat in Parsonage House in Lambourn on Thursday, March 17, knowing that there was someone inside who did not want him to gain entry.

Mr Little further admitted causing criminal damage to that same flat's front door, which belongs to Julian Bird, on the same occasion.

He was fined a total of £150.

In addition, Mr Little was ordered to pay a statutory victim services surcharge of £34.

No order for costs was made because of lack of means to pay.
