Man wanted for questioning by police arrested in Newbury

Kevin Cooper, aged 33 from Redruth, was arrested by Thames Valley Police officers in "the Newbury area", but the exact location has not yet been confirmed.
He is due to be taken to Camborne police station, Devon, later today.
Yesterday afternoon, Thames Valley Police appealed to the public to help trace the man, who was wanted in connection with the death of David Alderson (pictured), aged 72, from Falmouth, whose body was found within the grounds of the mine works at Wheal Maid near Carharrack, Cornwall.
Detective Superintendent Paul Burgan, Major Crime Investigation Team, said: “The public response to our earlier press appeal has been excellent and we would like to thank them for their assistance.
“The investigation remains ongoing and anyone with further information should call police on 101.”
