Marketing of Parkway homes to start next month

THE first of the new apartments at Newbury's Parkway development will go on the market next month.

A new marketing suite is being opened at 43 Northbrook Street on Saturday, March 26 and so far, more than 200 people have registered an interest in the mix of 147 new one, two and three bedroom apartments, which are being developed by Standard Life Investments.

The 475,000 sq ft mixed used retail and residential development, which also includes more than 50 new shops, is set to open in October.
