An experienced local caller will be guiding attendees through the dance steps to traditional country music.

A prize-winning raffle will also take place during the event.

“We’re thrilled to bring the community together for a night of fun and philanthropy,” said Mrs Adamantos.

“This barn dance is a chance for everyone to enjoy great music, have a dance and the chance to win some fantastic prizes, all the while supporting two great causes.”

The Mayor’s chosen charities this year are Cruse Bereavement Support and Thatcham Youth.

Tickets cost £6.
