Met Office weather warning: Heavy rain to hit West Berkshire tomorrow

Wet weather is likely to bring some disruption to southern England tomorrow.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain across West Berkshire and North Hampshire from midnight tonight until 3pm tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon.

The warning states "a short period of heavy rainfall may bring some localised flooding and transport disruption."

According to the warning, "flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely, bus and train services will probably affected with journey times taking longer, and spray and flooding on roads will probably make journey times longer."

There is also the possibility of disruption to power supplies and other services.
