Car and moped involved in Newbury collision
A MOPED rider was taken to hospital yesterday evening (Mon) following a collision involving a car and moped in Newbury.
South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) were called at 7.03pm to Hambridge Road.
An ambulance was sent to the scene and the moped rider was taken to the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital in Basingstoke, with minor injuries, according to the ambulance service.
