More than 100 TV Licence dodgers in Newbury

Figures from TV Licencing showed that 153 people in Newbury were watching TV illegally compared with more than 450 in Bracknell, 160 in Maidenhead and 1,100 in Reading.
This latest figures show a small decrease compared to the 157 caught in 2011.
The national average evasion rate is just under five per cent and those caught without a licence can face a fine of up to £1,000.
TV Licensing spokeswoman, Victoria Sykes, said: "In order to be fair to the law-abiding majority who do pay for their licence, we'll continue to pursue the small minority of people who do not pay."
A colour TV Licence currently costs £145.50 and is needed to watch or record TV programmes whether they are viewed via a TV or computer.
