Mortimer firefighters tackle Mortimer Common hedge blaze

According to Ellie Gray, of the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service, one pump was called at 3.52pm from Mortimer Fire Station to the hedge fire in The Street, Mortimer Common.
Firefighters used one hosereel to extinguish the blaze.
The cause was recorded as accidental by the fire service, who closed the incident at 4.07pm
